Several local organizations are dedicated to economic development and their mandate is to support businesses technically and financially in their business establishment projects.

• Centre local de développement de l’Érable (CLD) 
  Multi service office where all the businessmen or project promoters can find technical and professional support, and in certain cases financial help to realize their project to implant a company that will create jobs.
  
  
• Société d’aide au développement des collectivités Arthabaska-Erable (SADC) 
  Supports the creation, the consolidation and development of the companies by technical and financial services, support young businessmen in their business projects.
  
  
• Fonds de développement industriel action (FDIA)
  A non profit society that manages funds consecrated to help transformation businesses only.
  
• Fonds de développement économique de Lotbinière (FONDEL)
  This non profit corporation favors regional development and offers financial help to admissible small and medium size companies in all fields of operation except for professional services and transportation. They help companies financially and favor the creation of permanent jobs.
  
  
• Comité de promotion industrielle de Plessisville (CPIP)
  The CPIP is an organization that is dedicated to the establishment of new businesses in Plessisville by making available, at the lowest cost possible, good quality industrial buildings. Active since 1985, this organization has succeeded many accomplishments.
  
  
• Développement Économique Princeville (DEP)
  DEP is an organization dedicated to the establishment of new businesses and the economic development of Princeville.
